Privacy policy

This policy describes how Matrena (the Matreshka application) handles data on matreshkai.ru and in the app. Connecting other services is optional: you can use Matrena without a Google account.

Account and support

Registration uses your email, password hash, session data and account status. Yandex sign-in provides the identifier and email you authorize. We retain usage, balance and payment records required to operate the service. Support messages are available to staff responding to your request.

Requests and AI processing

To perform a task, the app sends your requests, selected files and tool results to its server API and the AI provider in use. The data sent depends on your task and selected model. Model and search providers may include DeepSeek, Gonka, OpenRouter and Keenable. Their processing is also governed by their terms. Do not include information you do not want to share to perform the task.

Conversation history, tool results and generated materials may be retained in app session logs on your device. Disconnecting Google does not delete existing history or generated files.

Google Workspace access

When connecting, you authorize access through Google and see the permissions requested. Matrena does not receive your Google password. The connection belongs to your Matrena account and does not grant access to another user.

Permissions may cover content and metadata of Google Drive files, documents, spreadsheets, presentations and forms, Gmail messages and attachments, calendar events, tasks, contacts, Google Chat messages and Apps Script projects. Available operations depend on granted permissions, your Google account type and individual service configuration.

We use these data for features you request: finding and analyzing materials, creating and editing documents, preparing email, and working with calendars and tasks. Google tool results may be sent to the AI provider as part of your task and retained in conversation history. Sending email, publishing messages and changing sharing access should follow your instructions.

Authorization tokens are stored on the server separately from model requests. The integration runs on our own server using the open-source Google Workspace MCP project. Its name does not mean that Matrena is a Google product or endorsed by Google.

Limited Use of Google data

Use and transfer of data received from Google APIs is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google data, use it to personalize advertising, or use it to train general AI models. Transfers for processing your task are limited to delivering requested features. Human access to content requires your separate consent, a security investigation or a legal obligation.

Storage and protection

The server retains account, connection and usage records needed to operate the service. Access requires authorization; public service traffic uses HTTPS. Matrena's Google Workspace connection tokens are encrypted before storage. Google materials remain in your Google account; disconnecting the integration does not delete documents created there.

Disconnecting and deletion

You can disconnect Google Workspace in Plugins: Matrena removes its local connection and stops using it. To revoke Google's permission, remove Matrena's access in your Google account connections settings. This is separate; disconnecting within Matrena alone does not revoke Google permissions.

To request deletion of your account, server data or retained authorization data, contact Support in the app. Delete local conversations and files on your device separately. Payment and security records may be retained to fulfill mandatory requirements or investigate abuse.

Website analytics

The marketing site uses Yandex Metrica: technical visit, referral and registration event data help evaluate the website and advertising campaigns. The site and app use cookies and local storage for sessions. Google documents and email content are not intended for advertising analytics.

For data handling questions, use Support in the Matreshka app. Sign in. The current policy is published here. If Google data use changes substantially, we will notify you and seek consent before the new use.
